Hello - registered today on Beacon - when I try to launch any of the training modules it gets stuck at loading - just see the spinning wheel. I checked my settings and added the beacon url to my allowed list for pop-ups, cookies, etc. Please advise w

Fundamentals secure access service edge

I tried many times but No matter how many times I try to complete the course, it isn't marked as completed. I am unable to move further and complete the course. 

I kindly request you to look into the matter.

Good morning. I am working my way through the PCCET course, and everything has been working great until I reached the Security Convergence module. It will not load. When I click on Resume, it goes to the loading screen and just does the sit and spin.

Beacon modules not Launching, stuck at loading (2023-11-01)

I'm new at using Beacon, and today I have tried to start at least two different E-Learning courses. 

But It seems that it won't launch, I only get the loading icon and it goes on for quite some while before I gave up and tried another training
