VMWARE view loosing USERID

Thanks in advance for any answers.  I created a Social Media security policy allowing certain users in an AD group to get to specific Social Media sites including Facebook.

The user when logged into the machine is able to get to Facebook with no issues. But when the user uses Virtual Desktop they get a DENIED message.  I looked at logs

and see when user is on machine USERID reports and thus allows user to Facebook.  When user uses Vrtual Desktop, USERID is not reporting in the logs, thus being denied

to Facebook.  Thanks Again  Jerry
