Hi everyone,
Did you miss our most recent LIVEcommunity event? Our AMA (Ask Me Anything) Event on October 27, 2021 was a wonderful opportunity for anyone in the LIVEcommunity to reach out and ask questions regarding Education Services Training and Credentialing Opportunities for all things Cortex.
By providing interaction while learning, we saw firsthand an increased connection between users and with our Education Services subject matter experts from Palo Alto Networks. We hope we were able to provide the answers and insights you needed to assist you in adopting our technology in the different stages of deployment.
Three subject matter experts joined the AMA to answer every question submitted by community members. We want to thank them for providing such great insight!
Here's what some of the Educational Services team members had to say about the event:
"What a great opportunity to interface with our customers and partners and learn from them. This experience gave us a better understanding of how our team at Professional Services can answer customer and partner questions as well as design our products and services better going forward. We are looking forward to more sessions." — @JRzepka
"I appreciated the forum to discuss features and field questions from partners, customers and PANW employees. I look forward to future engagements as well and hope to be able to answer any current and future queries that come my way." - @pbishop
Below are a few highlights of the questions that were answered:
