Hello, this is a FYI for those using SSL Decrypt.
If you have SSL decrypt turned on, Plex Media Server is unable to download metadata for media if you are using The Movie Database as an agent. If you add "api.tmdb.org" as a SSL decrypt exception it will then be able to retrieve metadata.
In order for Plex's auto-update mechanism to work, you also need to add "*.plex.tv" as a SSL decrypt exception. The error message you will receive is "Something went wrong. Please install manually".
