So twice now in the span of only a week it looks like we have to RMA an ION3000 and ION2000 device after the site lost power due to local Storms. After power was restored our ION's can't connect to the SD-WAN cloud, I can't access the devices remotely and I can't pass any traffic on the devices. Basically the ION turns into a brick. We replaced one of the 3000's and it looks like we have to replace the 2000 next. Has anyone had any work around to get these devices back online? Palo Support is sooo bad, I can't even get the RMA process started in a timely fashion and I need to get these sites back up and running, so we are just physically replacing the devices out of pocket.
