I have a miner that uses the following age out config.  It seems logical that if an indicator re-appears after a last_seen+30days it would be re-added but it is not.  I'm assuming that when an indicator gets marked for withdrawal, that when it reappears there it is not changing the field to update.  Is this the intended behavior or a bug?  Any suggestions on creating a miner that would re-add the indicator when it appears again after a last seen withdrwawal?
