Help - have a firewall issue - it's down and I cannot open a case.

The management port on my 1420 FW will not connect to our core switch. This went down last night. I have tried to log a case, the device serial number shows up but there is not place to select it when trying to open a case. Is there a Support Phone number that I can call?
