Palo Alto 5220 Upgrade

Problem with upgrade from 10.1.10 to 10.2.0. We have been waiting 2 1/2 hours and the upgrade is still not complete. How long does this normally take? We can log into the console port but the upgrade hasn't finished.

Dear Team,

I am unable to reach one of the Healthcare  websites from my system.

Perform troubleshooting:-

1 - Bypass the firewall and check directly from ISP then the website working fine.

2 - Security policy rule allows any- any without security p

I am replacing a bunch of PA-220 with PA 440 but I am only able to decommission the old devices as far as I can see. Is it possible to delete them from you assets/device list on the portal?

Currently on version Current version: 9.1.12-h3 for both our firewalls.

My team leader has downloaded version: 9.1.12-h6 for me to finish and upgrade to as she is now on leave.

Just wondering if the version she has downloaded will be adequate

What is the cost for the Support program choices between Premium, Platinum and Focused Services?

I have the standard support and looking to change the support.

Traffic Problem when going from Layer 3 to Layer 2 configuration in a VWire PA Deployment

Hi,

So our current use case is like we have GW Router -> Switch -> PA in Vwire -> Switch. The downstream switch is connect via native VLAN 1 to PA while upstream switch interface is in Vlan 10 in a L3 deployment. Now we want to move this deployment

We getting the error "Server error : Timed out while getting config lock. Please try again.".

We tried to restart the mgmt server but the issue still same. When we rebooted the firewall issue is resolved.
