minemeld 'Dashboard' page and 'Nodes' page hang (Display Loading)

I have minemeld as docker container installed.

Minemeld version: 0.9.68 

Docker file:

FROM docker.io/paloaltonetworks/minemeld:latest
RUN apt update && apt -y upgrade

This issue happened a couple of times. 'Dashboard' page and 'Nodes' page  stopped responding. The page shows 'Loading' forever. I tried to restart engine, didn't succeed. The engine went to the fatal state.
