We have pair of pa3220 in active/passive with one LACP trunk interface and a WAN interface as standard L3 interface. All of sudden we are unable to connect to the VLAN interfaces on LACP trunk and WAN interface. Failed over the passive one and traffic started flowing so that it could be the switch where the active FW was connected but 16 hours later new active firewall started behaving the same way, now failed over to passive FW but traffic was still not going through which was interesting. This time rebooted the firewalls and then traffic started flowing. Now we realized PAN's are having some issue. Looking at the system logs, traffic we couldn't find any thing expect for the HA failover we did.
Again 11 hours later active firewall was not accepting traffic on LACP and WAN interface so did the same thing failover and rebooted the PAN that had the issue no next time this happens I know PAN is good to go.
There were minor changes made during the day but after the second outage we stopped adding any configuration.
I have opened a ticket but no luck so far I was hoping some here can provide some feedback.
