As mentioned in New Features in Prisma Access 3.2 | Palo Alto Networks now Prisma Access should be able to even automatically block or lock bad users with UBA that do too many violations but there is no more info about this feature anywhere ‌‌樂

Bidirectional User-id redistribution between Prisma access and on-prem Firewalls

Hello Everyone,

My user-id redistribution topology is as follows:

Prisma access --> Azure VM 300 firewall --> On-prem PA Firewalls (about 4 HA Pairs) and vice -versa as i need bidirectional ip-username mappings.

Prisma Strata Cloud Manager security rules export into csv

hi all, is there a way to export security rules from the Strata Cloud Manager into a csv file, or pdf? In Panorama it was super easy but Prisma doesn't seem to have this option or I just can't find it. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. 

File blocking for attachments from corporate Exchange in Outlook APP does not work.

When sending an email to a corporate Exchange account from Outlook APP, file blocking for attachments does not work.

Prisma Access Locations IP Addresses

I'm struggling to find the IP Addresses allocated for the 5 Prisma Access Locations we're using.  We would like to build a conditional access policy in M365 to only allow traffic from our Global Protect client via the Gateway IP addresses or ranges.

The cache and cookies have been cleared per the troubleshooting instructions, but the loading problem still persists via the Prisma browser.  It is worth noting that other browsers such as Google and edge are able to load up the docs.
