GlobalProtect LDAP Prompting for Login Twice

Currently have GlobalProtect configured as such:

Portal:

LDAP Auth Profile (Active Directory)

Gateway:

RADIUS Auth Profile (DUO)

The desire is for users to login with username/password and when successful, be prompted for DUO approval. If a use

I have a user that when they try to logon to GlobalProtect they get the logon screen minimized, but if you try to maximize it nothing happens. So they are unable to enter their email address and password.

Now, we would like to offer a different IP

SAML Entra ID/Azure VPN authentication - only external users getting "Matching client config not found" error

so, for new users when they log into windows (new profile), the vpn connection has to be kicked off manually

but subsequent vpns auto connect, as we want always on VPN

How to disable this warning message, or move it to notifications?

This has to be the single most annoying pop-up window.  Is there any way to disable it, remove it, or just make it stop!?  it feels like debug code got left turned on.
