VPN won't connect on the Macbook

We have an issue with a Macbook that cannot connect to the VPN.

Can you describe the behavior you are experiencing? Please also share what errors you are getting from the client and the system logs within the GUI.

The VPN is not connecting at all now,it worked only one time and as well authentication via web is not working.We have no issues with Windows devices,just with the Macbook.
