I was informed by our SE (@NVogel) that there is a very interesting script out there on github. This script is for everyone who wants to use the new Device Monitoring Feature on Panorama but cannot do so as this feature so far requires the firewall to run PAN-OS 8.1 (8.1 ond productive firewalls is not yet recommended). With this script you "only" need to upgrade Panorama to PAN-OS 8.1 and the script pulls the required data from the firewalls and feeds these informations into Panorama
