Alarm Log Forwarding

Instead of seeing alarms when I login to the web GUI, how can I get alarms forwarded?  I'd like to send to SysLogs and also receive via email.

We are having a strange GP issue. We have two users in the same AD group and same configuration.

userA: when this user connects to GP, everything is working fine, all the GP access routes are in his route table.

userB: when this user connects to G

For all the websites, the recpatcha seems to give an error but works when we keep trying.
